*** ALL jewelry is MADE TO ORDER at this time and will require some extra time to get ready to ship. please make sure to order early for special occasions and leave me a note at check-out with the date you need to receive your order by. if that date is less than 4 weeks from your order date, please contact me prior to placing your order to make sure i will be able to accommodate. and please keep in mind that shipping will take extra time. thank you for your patience! ***
each piece of jewelry is handcrafted one at a time and is therefore unique, slight differences from piece to piece are expected and celebrated :)
In-stock items are shipped within 4 business days or sooner if possible, custom orders and made-to-order items require 2-4 weeks to make and ship. please contact claudia A. designs if you would like to inquire how soon a specific item is available to ship, i will do my very best to accommodate.
all US orders are shipped via USPS mail with insurance and tracking unless otherwise requested. orders over $100 shipped to a US address ship for free with USPS regular mail.
for international orders, buyers are responsible for any import duty, custom or taxes. please know that international orders can only be tracked outside of the US if priority or express mail international shipping services are selected at checkout. when selecting first class international shipping, international tracking is not available and the customer assumes the risk of loss of or damage to orders after they leave the US.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES / STORE CREDIT
i would like you to love your new jewelry! if you are not satisfied with your purchase, i accept returns for refunds, exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact me as soon as possible after receipt of item at email@example.com and i will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. items to be returned need to be shipped/postmarked within 7 days of receipt. i recommend shipping with insurance and tracking. any shipping charges are non-refundable and shipping costs of items that ship for free will be deducted from refund. customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. this return policy is valid for online sales at claudiaAdesigns.com only!
gift card purchases are eligible for store credit, no refunds.
custom or personalized orders as well as sale items are not eligible for exchanges or credit.

Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that i can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be exchanged.
Unfortunately, i cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
