each piece of jewelry is handcrafted one at a time and is therefore unique! slight differences are expected and celebrated :)

Shipping

In-stock items are shipped within 4 business days or sooner if possible, custom orders and out-of-stock items require 2-4 weeks to make and ship. please contact us if you would like to inquire how soon a specific item is available to ship, we will do our very best to accommodate.

all US orders are  shipped via USPS mail with insurance and tracking unless otherwise requested. orders over $75 shipped to a US address ship for free with USPS regular mail.

for international orders, buyers are responsible for any import duty, custom or taxes. please know that international orders cannot be tracked outside of the US and the customer assumes the risk of loss of orders after they leave the US.

EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT only for unworn, unused items within 7 days with receipt. items need to be in new condition and in it's original packaging.

if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for exchanges or store credit  within  7 days of receiving your order. any shipping charges are non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

custom or personalized orders as well as sale items are not eligible for exchanges or credit.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at claudia@claudiaadesigns.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-exchangeable items

custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), cannot be exchanged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
